Thank you all for your quick responses,

To change the value run:

# ifconfig tu0 ipmtu 1024
or to make it "permanent" across reboots modify your /etc/rc.config file and
add the ipmtu option.
FCONFIG_0="xxx.yyy.zzz.aaa netmask 255.255.0.0 ipmtu 1024"

Thanks,

Zibby.

        Hi all,

        Just a quick question?
        On DEC machine, I need to set the outbound TCP/IP to 1024 bytes.
        Can this be done, if so, how?.

        Thanks,
        Zibby.
