Maximum disk partition size in Tru64 V5.1

Tru64 Managers,

I have an ES40 with a Intraserver Ultra160 SCSI Host Adapter and are trying
to configure a very large 1.37TB RAID5 virtual disk partition (9 x 180GB!).
I've been told that V5.1 supports up to 2TB partitions, but I'm getting
negative numbers for my sectors/unit and partition sizes, so I'm guessing I'm
overflowing some integer disk parameter ("uname -a" and "disklabel -p" output
is provided below).

Has anybody seen this problem? If so, is there a fix for it? I'm fairly sure
the system is not up to date patch-wise and, as I'm a Solaris Admin by
training wouldn't know how to determine patch levels or how to go about
updating them, if this is the solution.

Any pointers or suggestions would be greatly appreciated,
Gary Mulder
