Who or what removed my quorum disk?

Hello,

Yesterday I was attempting to remove dsk19 as a quorum disk. The
"clu_quorum -d remove" was failing, without explanation, simply saying:

            *** Error ***
            Cannot remove quorum disk.

Today I tried it again and got:

            *** Error ***
            Quorum disk is not configured.

            *** Error ***
            Cannot remove quorum disk.

And "clu_quorum -v" indicates:

Cluster Quorum Data for: d0olcluster as of Tue Sep 11 09:29:20
CDT 2001

            Cluster Common Quorum Data
            Quorum disk: Not Configured

Nobody else with the root password removed it, they thought I did. So what
happened? I mean it's not a bad thing, I was trying to remove it. I have a
three member cluster so really don't need it, it didn't have any votes
anyway. But it makes me nervous, the command fail with an error. So did it
still attempt to complete in the background after I logged off and left for
the evening, eventually completing overnight? Is there a clu_poltergeist in
my system?
