Hi All, Thanks for all the replies - thanks mainly to Ronald Wagner, Ann
Majeske and Allen Carpenter.
My version of 4.0g has a patch for this problem - I will try and get hold of
that today. But the workaround that i have implemented at present is from
Ronald Wagner . . . . . .
"In the file /etc/auth/system/default there is a variable
d_pw_expire_warning. If you
set this to 0, then all users that use the default value for this password
warning expiration will not receive a warning and the remote commands will
work correctly."
This works fine - thanks again
