Hi All,
Can processes have negative priorities?
Is there any significance in this case?
Also I referred a document saying that "The numerical
range of priority values for Tru64 Unix is 1 to 19"
How the priorities beyond this range are handled by
the kernel?

Cheers,

Sri

for a very fast solution.

All of them suggested mlock and mlockall. That solved
it.

Cheers,
