The filesets have been setup with quotas.
Use AdvFS chfsets to change the quotas on the different filesets.
First lists the quotas:

# showfsets -k data_dmn exe sftware oradata arch lab labtest
exe
        Id : 3ac8ec1b.0001ab9a.1.8001
        Files : 68948, SLim= 0, HLim= 0
        Blocks (1k) : 1276411, SLim= 5242880, HLim= 5242880
        Quota Status : user=off group=off

sftware
        Id : 3ac8ec1b.0001ab9a.2.8001
        Files : 16312, SLim= 0, HLim= 0
        Blocks (1k) : 1721995, SLim= 8388608, HLim= 8388608
        Quota Status : user=off group=off

oradata
        Id : 3ac8ec1b.0001ab9a.3.8001
        Files : 122, SLim= 0, HLim= 0
        Blocks (1k) : 18443393, SLim= 20971520, HLim= 20971520
        Quota Status : user=off group=off

arch
        Id : 3ac8ec1b.0001ab9a.4.8001
        Files : 12, SLim= 0, HLim= 0
        Blocks (1k) : 770688, SLim= 2097152, HLim= 2097152
        Quota Status : user=off group=off

lab
        Id : 3ac8ec1b.0001ab9a.5.8001
        Files : 7427, SLim= 0, HLim= 0
        Blocks (1k) : 3008394, SLim= 5626048, HLim= 5626048
        Quota Status : user=off group=off

labtest
        Id : 3ac8ec1b.0001ab9a.6.8001
        Files : 6743, SLim= 0, HLim= 0
        Blocks (1k) : 1383231, SLim= 2097152, HLim= 2097152
        Quota Status : user=off group=off

Now change the quotas

chfsets -F 0 -f 0 -B 2388608 -b 2388608 data_dmn sftware
sftware
        Id : 3ac8ec1b.0001ab9a.2.8001
        File H Limit : 0 --> 0
        Block H Limit: 8388608 --> 2388608
        File S Limit : 0 --> 0
        Block S Limit: 8388608 --> 2388608

chfsets -F 0 -f 0 -B 26971520 -b 26971520 data_dmn oradata
oradata
        Id : 3ac8ec1b.0001ab9a.3.8001
        File H Limit : 0 --> 0
        Block H Limit: 20971520 --> 26971520
        File S Limit : 0 --> 0
        Block S Limit: 20971520 --> 26971520
