System halting with halt code = 5

Hi Managers,

I have checked the archives but I couldn't find anything
that fitted my scenario which is:

Our digital UNIX machine (4.0F) just halted, we had not
done any modification (software,hardware) previously.
The message on the console was:

halted CPU0
halt code = 5
warning HWRPB is invalid

What is halt code = 5 and what is the HWRPB?

Where should I look next? I have checked /var/adm/messages
and used uerf -R -r 100 with no reference to what might
have caused the machine to halt.

Any help appreciated.
