please true managers:

i need to install 4.0f on a mirror (ri0) attached to a
kzpcc raid controller in an es40 box.

in the installation process following with the NHD3
CDROM the procedure described in the installation
guide for 4.0f or higher, chapter 6 pages 6-9, 6-10,
6-11. i could follow the procedure until step 20 (
redo steps 9-15) and then 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 again
OK, but in the step 15 ( the second time), while the
kit kernel modules are read and the kernel in memory
is built, at the object module 11 ( only remaining 10
modules) the installation aborted with the following
msg:
"Out of space for compressed relocations"

i looked in the archives and found a couple of msgs,
one containing statements from dr. blinn that i read
carefully but no lucky up to now.

what is wrong?
does anybody have a clue?
i need urgently to install the 4.0f in this mirror
any idea, similar experience will be appreciated.

some data:
ri0 disk layout ( in 512's block)
a: 1048576 root
b: 6291456 swap
g: 10433277 usr
custom installation
RAM 1.5 Gigabytes 2 way.
Software subsets added: ALL.
the box can boots 4.0f 0K from its internal rz0 disk
the only unsuported dev for 4.0f without the nhd3 is
the kzpcc controller.

thanks in advance
