backspace to act as Delete in dtterm

Hi, directly on the command-line in the dtterm-window the backspace (^H)
removes the character before the cursor. This is exactly what I want.

However when starting an application (arcinfo), on the commandline of
this application the backspace echoes an ^H and the Delete-key works
fine.

Now I saw somewhere in a newsgroup (not his one) that you can specify

        <Key>osfBackSpace: string(0x7f)\n

And that should solve the problem.

My question is: Is this also possible in Tru64 V5.1 and if so, in what
file do I have to add this line?

Thanks,
Kees Bol
