muxuprc

I'm running Oracle 8.1.7 as well as Apache as user oracle. Today i got this
message when i try to run anything as oracle:

Please wait...task_create() failed for pid 4702: maxuprc (=64) exceeded for
uid 13.


Problem is clear, where and how to fix limit for $muxuprc. In Linux there
are files in /etc/security/... where you can do that. Is there something
like that in True64 ?
