Checking ifaccess filter with netstat: doesn't want to work.

I set up a simple ifaccess filter using /etc/ifaccess.conf. My filter just
causes the interface to drop packets with a source address of 127.0.0.1. I
configured this some time ago and it seemed to be fine (as I recall).
Recently I had a desire to check to make sure the filter was still active.
I used

        netstat -I tu0 -c

as the man page appears to indicate. I get

no namelist: unable to connect to kloadsrv daemon.

However, the kloadsrv program is running and seems to have been since the
last boot (based on what I see in the output of "ps -ef"). As far as I
know I haven't played with the kloadsrv configuration. I'm not completely
sure what it does (outside of what it says about it in the man page).

Can anyone offer me advice about what might be going on here and how I can
fix it? I'm running TU5.1 with patch kit #3 applied.
