UPDATE/SUMMARY: system time syncing.

Thanks to Harold March, Kevin Fleming, Chris Ford, John Venier, Jim Belonis,
Rick Hummers, Xavier Mertens, William Skulley, Warren Sturm, Phillip Brown,
and Trevor Osatchuk for their responses. I had the ntp.conf file configured
correctly but I never executed the "ntp -s server" command to sync the time
up. Now my 2 UNIX boxes times are in sync with each other. Syncing time
with the Win2000 boxes will have to come later due to manpower from the
group in our organization that supports those machines.

Thanks again,

Chris Bryant

Admins,

        I have 2 ES40's Tru64 UNIX 5.1 pk 3 and 2 GS140's 5.1 pk 3. I am
needing to sync the system time of the 2 ES40's with and Windows 2000 system
and the 2 GS140's with a separate Windows 2000 system. I tried the network
time daemon but had no success using it. Any ideas,

TIA,

Chris Bryant
