Tru64 4.0D conversion to Red hat Linus 7.2

I have to convert approximately 13,000 accounts from Tru64 4.0D to Red Hat
Linux 7.2 . I always used NFS so there is only the /etc/passwd file. Does
anyone know of a good conversion tool for this? I know that this comes with
5.0 now, but how about the older versions?

If anyone has any hints or helpful programs that can help me do any of the
necessary conversions, I would be truly grateful.
