SYSTEM NOT RESPONDING

Hello managers
we have a Alpha personal workstation 500au working
with Digital unix 4.0D OS.while booting i.e after
mounting file systems and network configuration,
system is giving following error message and it is
coming back to srm console

Sometimes the system is dumping and again it reboots
and displays the above stated messages.
System contains 512MB memory & 4GB hard disk with CD
ROM drive & Floppy Drive.
System is working fine with single user mode.
Any suggestions will be helpful.
