Thanks to Ian Mortimer, Seldon E Ball Jr, Micheal John LaRoche,
Alan Ford, Darryl Milczarek, Kevin Fleming, and Alan Lu.
The general consensus was that I needed to have rp=text or rp=raw
instead of rp=lp. Adding "lp=" was also suggested by some.
Other suggestions involved not using the rp/rm options and using
lp=<printer>/9100. (this also worked, but i'll probably go with
the other one)
