Hello,
I am trying to print multiple copies to a network printer. I can only get
one copy no matter how many copies I send. I have used the following
commands:
lp -d ljet1 -n3 test
lpr -P ljet1 -#3 test
It doesn't matter what number of copies I use, I only get one. I have also
tried the hpnpf printer filter which I read online about. I wasn't able to
get it to work either. Here is the addition to the printcap file:
ljet1|lp0|ljet1:\
        :of=/usr/lbin/pr13u.of:\
        :lf=/usr/adm/lp0err:\
        :lp=/dev/null:\
        :rm=ljet1:\
        :rp=:\
        :sd=/usr/spool/lpd0:\
        :xf=/usr/lbin/xf:\
        :sh:

and here is the contents of the pr13u.of file:
! /usr/bin/csh -f
/etc/hpnpf -n -x ljet1

I am trying to print to an HP Laserjet 4000 printer.
If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated. My email is
