I've got 3 answers and decided to take a new disk and to copy the data on it.
So thank you to :

Are all of the following true?
1. You're running V5.1 with patch kit 4.
2. The AdvFS domain was created when you were running Tru64 V4 (or earlier).
3. The AdvFS domain has multiple volumes.
If all of these are true, this is probably a known problem for which a patch
is available.
2 and 3 were true but 1 was wrong so no patch applies.

May Be you too are having a BMT allocation problem
How full is your filesystem ?
Please refer to the doc .
It might help you
The document was from Steven.Hancock_at_compaq.com about BMT exhaustion in Advfs
file domain
and Marc Baudoin <babafou_at_pasteur.fr> in French.
