Cluster technical overview

Dear Managers

I am looking for a good introductory paper to Compaq clustering
technology.
On the Compaq Web site I came across a reference to a document called
"Cluster technical overview",
which sounds like what I need, though I couldn't find the document
itself.

I wonder if anyone can point me into the right direction.
