disabling SNMPd on Tru64 4.0d

I am running Tru64 4.0d and with all the SNMP scare going around, our
Network dept wants us to disable SNMPd. I have read that the SNMPd on 4.0d
is not vulnerable, but they still don't want it running. In all the docs
and in the archives, the only thing I see is that SNMP is started
automatically at boot up. How can I get SNMPd not to come up at boot time?

Thanks for you time,
Sue
