chroot'ing BIND 9.2.0 on Tru64 5.1A?

Has anyone successfully gotten BIND 9.2.0 to run
under a non-privileged user account , in a chroot'ed
jail on 5.1A?

The procedures listed for BIND 8.2.2-P5 at:
<http://online.securityfocus.com/library/2859>
don't seem work for 9.2.0.

If you've gotten this to work, would you mind outlining
the steps to get this going? Detail will be appreciated
(e.g., file ownerships & permissions, etc.)
