xntp

i install and configure xntp
the master server ntp is a windows nt server and the client ntp is a tru64 server
when i do ntpq -p
 SIIMNT4 0.0.0.0 1 u 24 64 3 0.976 1.760 1.524

the date is ok but the time is one hour too late on the tr64 server

The Windows NT server's date is GMT+1 so it seems to be the problem
but how to say to the client to add one hour?
