SUMMARY: v5.0A installation CD boot hanging

Thanks to everyone that responded. Suggestions included checking the
versions of everything since there are lots of compatibility issues and to
try the firmware v6.1 and v5.1A CDs which fix a lot of problems. After
tracking down the new CDs I tried the installation again and it worked
without any other problems.
