problems updating Java/Netscape

Hello all,

I am currently trying to upgrade Netscape on my Alpha 500 Tru64 4.0
machine and am having trouble. I tried using Netscape's ns-install program,
and it created the Netscape directory where I specified, but when I try to
run the Netscape executable in this directory, I get the following error:

Xlib: connection to ":0.0" refused by server
Xlib: Client is not authorized to connect to Server
Error: Can't open display: :0.0

This looks like the X server needs authorization for it?
Also, how can I find out where the OLD Netscape is? What file holds info
that says "netscape" typed anywhere will call the old Netscape program (I'm
pretty new at this).

Thanks!
Steve
