Update Tru64 unix V4.0D-> V5.1

Have someone, some experience in to update Tru64 unix
from V4.0D to V5.1?

This system are composed of two Alphaserver 4100 with
trucluster V1.5 and ASE services (disk, telnet, nfs).

Could be better a full installation ? or update ?
