DCE Run Time: performance decrease

Hi managers

Just after installing DCE Runtime (Version 3.01) and configuring it in rpc
only, my server began to decrease its performance. Now the CPU usage is
always at 100%

Using 'top', I noticed that the process "randd" uses 99.60% of the CPU

I appreciate any help at all.

NOTE:
I have Tru64 4.0F (PK 7), Alpha 1200 (one proccessor; RAM 256MB)
