The consensus was to contact compaq support especially if one has a support
contract (which we do). A CPU EXCEPTION is a vague message, usually a
correctable error but worth having checked out by support. uerf, dia, and
compaq analyze may not report the full extent of the issue. Support
generally has tools to 'dig deeper'.
Thanks to everyone who replied.

ORIGINAL MESSAGE:
===============
Our DS20E (4.0F) rebooted itself earlier today (after 180+ days of uptime).
I can't find anything anyplace indicating why this happened. If I issue
'uerf -R|more' I see a lot of these messages (several per day):
OS EVENT TYPE 100. CPU EXCEPTION
is this anything to worry about? Compaq Analyze says there are no errors to
report.
