SUMMARY: cannot start advfsd in 5.1A PK1

Turns out that the advfs daemon (advfsd) wasn't installed. I went to the
alpha/base directory on the OS CD and issued a setld for OSFADVFSDAEMON520
and for OSFXADVFS520.

Simple enough.

Another error in our migration from 4.0E to 5.1A PK1:

$ /sbin/rc3.d/S53advfsd start
resolve_symbols: loader error: dlopen: /usr/sbin/advfsd: symbol
"advfs_get_namei_stats" unresolved

Anybody have any ideas?
