Tru64 and uids above 65536

Hello!

I believe Tru64 supports uids above 2^16, but would be happy to find any
documentation to this topic!
I'm looking for a tru64 pages which addresses the same problem as
<URL http://lxr.linux.no/source/Documentation/highuid.txt>

The nearest match in tru64-web-sites and man pages by my searches is:

 man getpwent
..
   struct passwd *getpwuid(
          uid_t uid);

But there seem to be no range given for uid.
This is crucial for many operations login, file systems behavior - also
across nfs and yp and used libraries/kernel

There is match also in
<URL:http://www.ornl.gov/its/archives/mailing-lists/tru64-unix-managers/2000/07/msg00040.html>
stating there is a variable MAXUID set to 65535.
