Memory File System on TruCluster

Dear colleagues,

I am sure I have missed something. However, after a fair bit of reading I am
stuck and seek your assistance.

I have 2 GS60's runnning Tru64 V5.1 and TruCluster V5.1.

I want to create a Memory File System for one of our applications.

Initially, I only want it on one node so that I can do some testing. Later,
if it works, I will need it on both nodes since the application is managed
by CAA (single instance)

I tried :-

mkdir /memfs
/usr/sbin/mfs -s31250 /memfs

I get :-

mfs: mount fail

Does /memfs need to be a CDSL?
What else have I forgotten?

Thanks

Paul
