bar code on tl892

hi,

we have a tl892 used on tru65 v4.0f with Networker 6.1.1.We have upgraded the changer firmware to 5.25.Does anyone use 16 caracteres bar code ? and how? we can use 8 caracteres ,but we don't arrive to use 16 caracteres?Is it possible?
