Max CPU usage for a process/user ??

Hi there,

Is there a way in True64 to restrict maximal cpu usage for a specific process or user ?? We are running specific processes during a day, that are not required to run like "realtime", while other ones do. Renicing those processes is not helpful and they are still slowing down our frontend application.
