Problem:
I obviously did not back out of the original LSM configuration
properly. What steps do I need to perform to remove dsk2 from the LSM
database so that I might [properly] encapsulate it for LSM use?
Fix:
#voldisk list --> to see disks under LSM control
#voldisk rm <dsk2> -> Or whatever the correct disk name is
#voldisk list --> make sure it's gone
