Summary: inetd/ipcs security patches on earlier revs (4.0d) or patch levels

I only got one response to this re-iterating that the patches were not released
for the earlier O/S versions/patch levels and are not supported. I did try
copying the 4.0g patch kit binaries to a 4.0d system and they seemed to work
fine (minimal testing).
