Hi Managers,

1 x DEC Alpha 4000/300, Tru64 4.0D, 9 x UFS disks.
1 x Compaq Alpha DS10, Tru64 5.0, 7 x AdvFS disks.

Our building was struck by lightning last week and I and to verify the
disk are ok. I have seen a couple of errors reported by uerf but not a
huge amount.

Can any-one suggest a non-destructive test I can run on the disks,
preferably that outputs to file. I was thinking of `scu verify
/dev/dskno` but am not use that this can output to file or whether it
will be non-destructive.

On the DS10 (AdvFS) I wasn't sure what to do. Will I need the
utilities licence to perform tests?

Thanx.
Dp.
