Dear Managers,

I have questions about SCSI-2 vs SCSI-3 , my configuration is :

ES-40 with Digital UNIX V4.0F (Rev. 1229) (latest patch kit)

HSG80 ZG95120804 Software V87F-0, Hardware E11
NODE_ID = 5000-1FE1-0008-4DB0
ALLOCATION_CLASS = 0
SCSI_VERSION = SCSI-2
Configured for dual-redundancy with ZG95114068
In dual-redundant configuration
Device Port SCSI address 6
Time: 20-OCT-2002 11:09:15
Command Console LUN is disabled
Host Connection Table is NOT locked
Smart Error Eject Disabled

Disks: DS-RZ1ED-VW 18,2 GB (10K RPM SCSI-3)

My questions ,

Can I swith to SCSI-3 my HS80 when using Tru64 4.0f
(SET THIS SCSI_VERSION = SCSI3)

Which difference of perfomances can I expect of this change ?

Many thanks in advance, I would make a summary.
