Hello,
I would like to know if is any way to make a XWindow connection with xdmcp
encripted or something like that.

I'm in charge of a tru64 Unix system. Some people connect to it using
Xwin32 with xdmcp. When they log in, the passwd travel in the net in plain
text. I would like to know if there is any way to make the connection
encripted.

I also would like to Know why when I stop the nfs service and start a X
session the system doesn't work. When I stop nfs and try to connect X, at
first it works OK, it shows me a login screen (dtlogin) and when I give my
login and passwd OK, it starts to think and never end, unless I stop it. Why
this happens? Is it possible to use dtlogin whitout nfs or portmap?

I'm sorry for my english (i'm learning)

Thank you

VALVA
