SC2.4a to SC2.5 upgrade

Hi all,
we got a ES45 SC-Cluster running 5.1a and SC2.4a. We got massive
problems to update to SC2.5 - actually it did not work at all
(sc_upgrade_db). Did anyone share this experience or knows a
work-around?
