Thanks to Simon Haldemann and Eris Sisson, the problem was a permission
problem with the parent directory of where the home folder was located. The
parent folder was group writable.

Weird problem:
I have a Bourne Shell account that is not forwarding any e-mail sent to it.
I am able to send and receive e-mail from this account just fine.
Note: I have a .forward file in the root of the user account's home
directory
Please help.
