Printing to Dec3250 connected via DEC Server 700

Hello,
Mayb be a bit off topic but this list is great.

Has anyone ever setup a DEC3250 Laser printer connected to a DEC Server
700 (serially)

It should be simple but I am not finding it. I set it up on the server
and then print to it but nothing comes out on the printer itself.
The DEC server says it is there then it waits for a LPD Command. When a
job is printed it then shows status then comes back to waiting for lpd
command. But no printouts.


Any ideas??
