GS160 w/ 16 cpus

How do I display all 16 cpu's, and the number of system calls per cpu since boot? I know there is a way to break this down (including which cpu in each QBB handles all the interupts), but I can for the life of me remember. I've tried about every ps iteration. Any help is appreciated.
