Obtaining Lost Alpha Server License Certificate

Hello,
Several weeks ago previous administrator of my company Compaq Alpha 1200 has
lost the License Certificate for the server. Is there any possibility to
obtain the license by supplying my machine serial number to Compaq/HP? I
need this license to reinstall the Tru64 OS in that server.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
