Problems mounting Written CD (eg CDR)

Hi all,

Quick question:

Having problems mounting a pair of written standard ISO cdrom's
on a Compaq DS20 Tru64 5.1a

It claims to mount but doing an 'ls /mnt/cdrom' gives a no such directory
error

The machine has an internal CDROM & external DVDRAM neither of
which will read the cd's - they both read standard "production" cd's
perfectly.

To elimintate the hardware/os from the equation I also tried this on
an ES45 with the same result.

Strangely it reads fine on any generic Windows machine, Linux machine
or SGI Irix machine

Any suggestions for mount flags I can try (I've tried the various -o flags
recommended in 'man mount' to no avail).

Could there be something in the way it was written that would cause a
problem
(eg if its multisession and it isn't closed perhaps ?).

Thanks in advance,
Raj.
