600au and Intel Pro 1000XT Gigabit NIC-Copper

We wound up with a couple of Intel Pro 1000XT Gigabit NIC-Copper
Cards, I was wondering about dropping these into our 600AU (Tru64
4.0f (going upto 5.x soon). Does anyone know if these will work?
