After looking at the archives ... can't find any solution.
My configuration is
Turbolaser just upgraded to v5.1B from 4.0D; 4 HSZ50 HSOF 5.7Z-0
One pair works OK but the other don't. The LUNs got translated to paths to a
single unit and Advfs got corrupted.
I thought that whith this HSOF the units shall get a correct name from the
HSZ but ...
Controller:

The vendor-id field is wrong for the first 4 HSZ50 scsi disks !!
At the console the problem is the same:

Could I try to assign a custom name by doing? :

one after the other and provide the disks the unique name they need ??
As you can imagin we have the system down waiting for a bright idea from any
of you :-)
