Strange message

I've been getting the following in a root mail message when my cleanup crons
run:

find: cluster/members/member0/tmp/X11unix.bad/X0 : Invalid argument

Now, I have heard rumor that there was a mass deletion of files on this
server some time ago in response to a full /var file system, but nobody is
able to provide details... sounds fishy. I had thought that upgrading from
5.0 to 5.1A might take care of these messages, but it hasn't. If I cd to
cluster/members/member0/tmp/X11unix.bad and do an ls -al, this is what I
get:

root# pwd
/cluster/members/member/tmp/X11unix.bad
root# ls -al
ls: ./X0 not found
total 120
drwxrwxrwt 2 root daemon 8192 Feb 25 08:57 .
drwxrwxrwt 4 root system 114688 Jun 11 08:18 ..

If I do a simple ls in the same directory it does show up:

root# pwd
/cluster/members/member/tmp/X11unix.bad
root# ls
X0

Seems like maybe a missing link somewhere... Any thoughts?

Thanks,

Rob
