Summary: Using CDrecord from NHD5, Tru64 5.1a

        I am posting a summary of this because such was requested.

        I got a lot of responses to this one, mostly to the tune of, "This
isn't a Tu64 add-on, it's public domain, go do your own research". I also
got one that said that my CD drive is not a burner.

        Just for the "record", cdrecord is, in fact, included in Tru64 NHD5.
NHD5 has been approved for installation in my environment. Public domain
software has not. I was looking for a fix for the version that is
included in NHD5 because I can't install anything else.

        The solution is to use a PC to burn CDs.
