Subject: adding a device

I have a DS20E running Tru64 V5.1A(?) I believe and have added (hot
swap) a disk. How do I now tell the OS to go and create the devices so
I can talk to the disk? I have tried /sbin/dsfmgr, but that didn't get
it done. At least what I tried did not work.
