SUMMARY: How does one increase the value for max_proc_per_user ?

Thanks to all who replied, especially: Dr Thomas.Blinn, Robert M. Lang
and Chris Medaglia.

I was able to set this value using dxkerneltuner and changing the value
for max_proc_per_user within the proc subsystem.
