Error message...

                Hi,

                On a DS10 machine running Tru64 v.5.1 patchkit5 with Oracle
9iAS, we have noticed the following statements in the Oracle error log file:
                        Information: Maximum number of file/socket
descriptors set to 950
                        Information: Maximum connections possible are 700
                        Error: Unable to listen on port 4000

                What does this indicate? Appreciate your reply. Thanks.
