No dxprint on 5.1B?

Hi managers,

I'm porting an application from 4.0F that relied the dxprint
program, which seems not to be installed any longer under 5.1B
(we installed all subsets).

I could not find the reason from the Technical Updates of 5.0,
5.0A etc. through to 5.1B.
Can anyone point me to the reason and (if possible) an equivalent
replacement?

xv is not currently a option because of the extra licensing...
